International NATO seminar in Baku cancelled

The seminar has been cancelled due to bad weather conditions and cancellation of almost all flights across Europe, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.

Currently, a new date for the seminar is being set up.

Representatives of NATO member countries, as well as the special representative of NATO Secretary General on South Caucasus and Central Asia Robert Simmons were expected to attend the international seminar which was to focus on implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 540 on Conventional Weapons.
