Cuba shows interest in Azerbaijani popular socialists' activity

The meeting was arranged at the Cuban ambassador's invitation.

The Party’s press service reports that during the meeting Huseynov told the ambassador about APSP’s activities, international relations and plans for the future.

APSP’s chairman also noted the Azerbaijani socialists’ keenness on the Cuba-Azerbaijan relations’ development.

The Cuban ambassador, in turn, informed the Azerbaijani socialists’ leader about the activities of his country’s embassy in the Azerbaijan Republic and about the signing of the bilateral intergovernmental agreements in culture and sports.

The sides also touched on the development of the Cuba-Azerbaijan relations in economy and tourism.

Huseynov informed the Cuban Ambassador about the planned arrangement of the Forum of Azerbaijan’s Left Forces and about APSP’s preparation for the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
