Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II may visit Azerbaijan

Baku will host the summit of world religious leaders in April, 2010 upon initiative of the chairman of Caucasian Muslims Board Sheikh-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade as the co-chair of the CIS Inter-Religions Council.

The Baku summit will be organized jointly with the Russian Orthodox Church.

Muslim, Christian and Jewish leaders, as well as figures of other traditional religions will be invited to the two-day summit.

Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II is also expected to attend the meeting.
