Head of OSCE Office in Baku Ali Bilge Cankorel visited Elections Information Center of the Central Election Commission.
The ambassador said they had not officially observed the municipal elections.
They observed the voting procedures.
“The process is still normal, there is no problem. There are some reports that one person voted for several times. But we do not know whether it is true or not. We present all these reports to CEC. It is important to count the votes. Accurate counting of the votes is very important. Constituencies should be very careful in this issue. CEC tries to prevent any fault,” he said.
Cankorel said good conditions had been created for the observers.
