Azerbaijani president congratulates Romanian counterpart

In his letter, the Azerbaijani leader praised the bilateral relations.

The Head of State stressed the importance of a declaration on partnership recently signed between the two states in Bucharest, saying such documents open up “broad” prospects for cooperation.

“I am sure new economic projects, especially oil and gas ones, which we plan to realize together, will make great contribution to welfare of our countries and peoples,” the letter says.
