Azerbaijan's Constitution Day marked in Moscow

The conference was organized by the Russian Azerbaijani Youth Organization, Azerbaijani embassy in Russia and Moscow State Law Academy.

It aimed to provide the academy students with information about process of adoption of the first Constitution of sovereign Azerbaijan.

Rector of the Moscow State Law Academy Victor Blazheyev said Azerbaijani-Russian relations were in high level.

Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu noted that Heydar Aliyev received a title of honorable academician of this academy in 1997, which makes the Azerbaijani students studying there to be more responsible.

Professor of the Baku State University Eldar Ismayilov informed the participants about the process of adoption of the first Constitution of sovereign Azerbaijan.
