Books about Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev handed over to library of U.S. university

A round table dedicated to religious and ethic tolerance was held in Georgetown University, Washington D.C. in Oct. 2009.

Master’s degree student of the university Tamerlan Vahabov spoke at the event and made a report on national leader Heydar Aliyev's role of in development of tolerance and cohesion in Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijani ambassador to the United States Yashar Aliyev and the First Secretary of the embassy Rashad Afandiyev donated books about Heydar Aliyev’s life, his contribution to the Azerbaijan-U.S. relations, as well as activities of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
