“We usually attend the meetings of OSCE Ministerial Council, as settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is dealt with by the OSCE,” he said.

The Russian co-chair confirmed that they will visit the region next week, but said the exact date and route of the visit has not been specified yet.

Asked whether the co-chairs will propose a new meeting of presidents, the co-chair said he can not divulge details.
