Turkish flags installed back in Martyr's Lane in Baku

Azerbaijani and Turkish flags wave again at a monument to Turkish soldiers in Baku, a site known as Turkish Martyrs’ Lane.

The site's employees installed flag poles back to the previous location on Oct. 27.

The flags were removed from the monument several days ago.
