Azerbaijani president receives credentials of incoming Dutch ambassador

During the conversation, the Head of State expressed his confidence that Azerbaijan-Netherlands relations would continue to develop successfully in all fields.

He said there is enormous potential for expanding bilateral ties in political economic and cultural spheres.

The Head of State said a meeting he had with Prime Minister of Netherlands at the Eastern Partnership summit in Prague is important for development of bilateral relationship.

President Ilham Aliyev also stressed the importance of Azerbaijan-Netherlands relations as part of cooperation with the European Union.

Hoorn said he is honored to assume office of ambassador to Azerbaijan.

He noted his goal is to develop ties with Azerbaijan in all fields, adding he will spare no efforts in this direction during his tenure.
