Azerbaijani foreign minister receives Greek deputy FM

They exchanged views on the present state and prospects of the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Greece.

The sides noted the importance of high-level mutual visits and political dialogue.

They also underlined necessity of discussing cooperation within the framework of the intergovernmental commission in order to extend economic cooperation and holding business forums.

Prospects of the cooperation between Azerbaijan and Greece in the field of oil and gas, particularly in the renewable energy, regional energy prospects were discussed at the meeting.

The sides said implementation of the projects in humanitarian and educational spheres, especially between the diplomatic academies of the two countries will contribute to deepening the relations between Azerbaijan and Greece.

The sides said that culture is the factor uniting the peoples and exchanged views on holding various events in this field.

They also exchanged views on various issues of mutual interest.
