Karabakh Liberation Organization attempts to rally agaisnt Armenian deputy FM's Baku visit

The Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO) attempted to hold a rally to protest the Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister's visit to Azerbaijan.
The police dispersed the rally of the KLO which took place in front of the building that hosts the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC)with the participation of Armenian deputy foreign minister.

The police arrested KLO Chairman Akif Nagi.
