Azerbaijani Vice Prime Minister Ali Hasanov says the Turkish government should have made a statement immediately after incident with the Azerbaijani flag in Turkey.
"Turkish people appreciate their flag more than others. The Turkish government should have reacted immediately after incident with the Azerbaijani flag in Turkey. But it did not do so," Hasanov told reporters on Oct.21.
