Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov received ambassadors of Yemen, Nigeria, Benin, South African Republic, Vietnam, Zimbabwe and Sri-Lanka in Azerbaijan, who handed copies of credentials to him, said the press service for the Foreign Ministry.

By the information, Yemen ambassador to Azerbaijan became Camal Abdulla Al-Sallal, ambassador of Nigeria Abubakar Chika, ambassador of Benin Dalmeid Ai Vissinto, ambassador of the South African Republic Tebogo Seokolo, Vietnamese ambassador Buy Din Zin, ambassador of Zimbabwe Pelekezel Mpoko, ambassador of Sri Lanka Mohamed Mohamed Zokhair.
At the meeting with Yemen and Nigerian ambassadors to Azerbaijan, the Minister thanked for the position of their countries while voting in the UN General Assembly regarding resolution on the occupied lands of Azerbaijan.
By the information, at the meeting with the new ambassadors Mamedyarov informed them about Azerbaijan's position on the resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict and announced that the conflict can be settled only in the framework of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
