Hafiz Hajiyev: "I do not accuse Ismet Abbasov or Heydar Babayev, but I speak about their work"

He said the conditions created for him are not completely suitable for holding a normal agitation campaign.

In particular, we are not allowed to placard and hold meetings with voters in some places by instruction of definite officials.

Hajiyev also voiced dissatisfaction due to the provision of air time for the candidates. He said it coincides with the period, when most voters are on their way home from work.
