Armenian Foreign Minister: "The document on resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict envisions plebiscite on the status of Nagorno Karabakh"

The due announcement was made by Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan on April 30.

"The status of Karabakh is the pivot of the negotiation process on the Karabakh conflict.

The basis of talks is a document, according to which, the status of Nagorno Karabakh should be defined by way of plebiscite, which will allow the Karabakh people to express their will regarding the status of "Nagorno Karabakh Republic", Nalbandyan said during a governmental hour in the National Assembly of Armenia.
