Iranian ambassador invited to Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry

The due announcement was made by spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, Khazar Ibrahim.

As is reported, the Iranian ambassador was received by deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov.

According to Kh.Ibrahim, Azimov told the ambassador that it is not worthy of speaking via press about the arrest of the Russian cargo by the Azerbaijani side and there are diplomatic ways for such talks.

"The Iranian ambassador was informed that the arrest of the Russian cargo is not politically motivated and is caused by technical problems. Azimov noted that Azerbaijan expects Russia to provide complete information about the cargo", Ibrahim noted.
