Khazar Ibrahim: "The statement of the Armenian parliament has proved its aggressive policy again"

Armenian parliament has made a statement on solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Armenian Speaker Tigran Torosian stated that two annexes, according to which Armenia is a guarantor of security of Nagorno Karabakh and peaceful negotiations are the only way of the conflict resolution, have been introduced to the initial version of the document.

In its statement Armenian parliament suggests to the president and the government to intensify and expand efforts and opportunities around the Karabakh problem for development and execution of measures, aimed at the complete informing of the world community about the Karabakh problem.

Khazar Ibrahim, Spokesman for Foreign Ministry commented on the statement and said that this statement proved aggressive policy of Armenia again.

"We call on Armenia to be constructive. Such types of statements have not influenced on negotiation process positively", he said.
