Norwegian Foreign Minister: "Unfortunately, presidential elections in Georgia and Armenia failed to meet European standards"

We have observed presidential elections in the two countries, neighboring Azerbaijan -Georgia and Armenia, and can state that, unfortunately, the presidential elections in these countries failed to meet the European standards.

The due announcement was made by Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store at a press conference today.

"Now Azerbaijan is the focus, as presidential elections will soon be held in your country. I call on Azerbaijan to hold free, transparent and democratic elections", said he.
