Qudrat Hasanquliyev's party speaks for adoption of acts of amnesty and pardoning decrees in exclusive cases

Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for the party that the session participants discussed the sociopolitical situation in the region, as well as party's preparations to the coming session.

The party considers that the recent talks on the adoption of the act of amnesty and pardoning decree is a positive decision, which proves the humanism, demonstrated by the state towards its citizens.

"About a year has passed since the adoption of the last act of amnesty, executed by initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, president of Heydar Aliyev's foundation and Milli Medjlis deputy. Through this period, President Ilham Aliyev also signed a decree of pardon.

Such actions of the government are welcomes, yet it is considered that adoption of the next act of amnesty and decree of pardon should occur in exclusive cases to stimulate civil responsibility.

If the government permanently adopts acts of amnesty and decree of pardon, this may have a negative impact on the laws, operating in the country, and public security", says the report.
