Head of OSCE Baku office: "If necessary, we can provide any assistance to Azerbaijani mass medias in highlighting elections"

The due announcement was made by head of the OSCE Baku office Jose Luis Herrero, at an event on the seminar for reporters.

He said the main tasks in conduction of free elections in the country are fulfilled by mass media, which is a great responsibility.

"As far as I know, 90% of population watch TV and listen to the radio", said Herrero.

He considers that Azerbaijani mass medias should apply experience of developed countries' mass medias during elections.

"If necessary, we can provide any assistance to Azerbaijani mass medias in highlighting the elections", said Herrero.

He noted that a reporter should be professional and highlight elections correctly.
