Two claims regarding Azercell's accusation of "homosexual" scandal to be considered in court

The Yasamal district court of Azerbaijan will consider two claims against Azercell mobile operator.
The due announcement was made by Azadlyg newspaper correspodent, accusing Azercell of participation in "homosexual" scandal, Fikret Huseynli.

According to Huseynli, one claim will be submitted from his name and another from the name of MP Jamil Hasanli, head of Turan news agency Mehman Aliyev, chairman of the intellectuals' society Eldeniz Guliyev, editor-in-chief of Yeni Musavat newspaper Rauf Arifoghlu, head of Azadlyg newspaper Azer Akhmedov, Zerkalo newspaper reviewer Rauf Mirkadirov, former editor-in-chief of Khalq Qazeti newspaper Makhail Ismaylov.

"The document are ready, we will present them to the Yasamal district court tomorrow or the day after tomorrow", said Huseynli.

Huseynli said touching upon the calls he receives that he still receives calls from unknown numbers.

"In this connection I often switch it off", Huseynli noted.

It should be noted that Azadlyg newspaper correspondent Fikret Huseynli is going to file a claim in the court against Azercell mobile operator as the aforementioned people received abusing messages from his number.
