Araz Azimov: "It is up to the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia to decide about their meeting"

"Azerbaijan has never avoided discussions, if there have been any grounds. Yet these grounds should imply explanation of problems, which are in the draft main principles of resolution and some problems should be removed. At the same time, we must see the readiness of the Armenian side to continue talks on the same grounds", said he.

According to Azimov, Azerbaijan does not put forward any provisions for continuation of talks. He said the objective situation sets them.
