Eynulla Fatullayev meets with his lawyer

Isakhan Ashurov, lawyer for Eynulla Fetullayev, editor-in-chief of "Gundelik Azerbaijan" and "Realniy Azerbaijan" newspapers kept in Bayil detention place #1 met with his defendant.

Lawyer told the APA that Eynulla Fatullayev feels normal. "But when Eynulla Fatullayev was taken to meet me he was under serious control. It contradicts to the third article of European Convention on Human Rights," he said.

Ashurov said that he will file an appeal against the arrest of the editor-in-chief as soon as he gets the court's decision.

Yasamal district Court sentenced Eynulla Fatullayev to two years and six months in jail on the suit of IDPs from Khojaly.
