European Court's decision on Sardar Jalaloglu takes effect

According to Jalaloglu, the verdict of the European Court came into force on April 11 determining the amount of compensation in 10 thousand AZM to be paid to SardarJalaloghlu.

He said Azerbaijan government and authoritative bodies have not contacted him regarding the verdict of the Court. According to him, as a rule Finance Ministry covers such compensations.

He also said the party which objects to court decision can apply Supreme Chamber of the European Court. As the parties do not complain on the current issue, the decision came into force. As the case came into force the government is to pay the compensation. According to the verdict of the European Court, the percentage is to be paid for every delayed month. APA
