President of Azerbaijan congratulates Estonian President

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of felicitations to the President of Estonia Arnold Ruutel due to the Independence Day.

As AzerTAg reports, Azerbaijani leader expressed hope that they would safeguard and strengthen existing traditions of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Estonia.

President wished his Estonian collegue good health and success in work; happines and prosperity to Estonian people.
