OSCE not to complete its report on the parliamentary elections until winter session of PACE

As APA reports according to the ODIHR, the report has not been completed yet. So, the report won't be ready until the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe due on 23 January.

It should be noted that, the report was supposed to be ready by the New Year and to be included into the agenda of the winter session of PACE.

However, the agenda announced recently doesn't include any issue on the elections in Azerbaijan. Despite the absence of the issue on the agenda it might be included by the suggestion of any PACE member in the discussion.
