Terry Davis: “Armenia occupied the territories of Azerbaijan”

“If one of the sides of the Karabakh conflict starts military operations it will quit the Council of Europe”- stated Council of Europe Secretary-General Terry Davis.
The Secretary-General grounded his opinion that, Azerbaijan and Armenia undertook obligation on regulating the conflict in a peaceful way: “No matter how Armenian political figures attitude the matter, all know that Armenia has occupied the territories of Azerbaijan situated between its border and the Nagorno Karabakh”.
