Defense Ministry: Azerbaijan in control of operational situation in Tovuz region

Azerbaijani troops are taking more stringent retaliatory measures against the Armenian provocation on the border and are in full control over the operational situation along the front line, the Defence Ministry told local media on July 13.

The ministry said that the Armenian Armed Forces have shelled the village of Agdam in Azerbaijan’s Tovuz region using 120 mm mortars.
