President Aliyev receives Vietnamese delegates [PHOTO]

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a Vietnamese delegation  in Baku on September 11, Azertac reported.

The delegation is led by Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC), Politburo member and Head of the CPVCC's Mass Mobilization Commission Truong Thi Mai.
