
A working group on the presidential elections has been established under Azerbaijani Central Election Commission.
CEC press service told APA that the working group will conduct a research within the rules and period determined by the legislation, after the submission of signature sheets for the registration of presidential candidates and attached documents to the CEC in the presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 9, 2013. The registration process of candidates will be carried out basing on the opinion of the working group.
The working group includes the experts of Court Examination Center of the Justice Ministry, specialists of Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Taxes, State Real Estate Register Service and Chamber of Accounts.
CEC member Ilham Mammadov has been appointed as head of the working group.
