Date of Azerbaijan's presidential elections to be known on August 2

The final decision on the date of presidential elections in Azerbaijan will be announced on August 2, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov told journalists on Monday.

According to Panahov, the meeting of the CEC on the issue will be held on August 2, during which a decision on which day of October the presidential elections in Azerbaijan will be conducted.
