Azerbaijani President signs Order to strengthen social security of press workers

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order on extra measures to strengthen social security of press workers.

In the Executive Order, the President stressed the government`s support of journalists in the country.

The Order notes that a 17-storey 156-apartment block for journalists has been commissioned in Baku.

The Order also says that measures will be continued to strengthen social security of journalists in the country.

Under the presidential Order, five million manats will be allocated to the Fund for the Support of Mass Media Development under the President of Azerbaijan.
