President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a new office building of the Shabran district branch of the New Azerbaijan Party.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building.

The building was constructed in a modern architectural style.

There are photos describing the activities of the founder of the New Azerbaijan Party, national leader Heydar Aliyev, and President Ilham Aliyev.

The Head of State was informed that construction of the building began in December 2011.

The area of the two-storey building is 735 square meters.

The Head of State praised conditions created in the building.

Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev informed the President about the facility.

The facility covers a total area of 1.5 hectares.

Construction of the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Centre started in 2011.

The Head of State cut a red ribbon symbolizing the opening of the complex.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the facility was one of the biggest Olympic sports complexes in the region.

The facility has a 1020-seat sports hall, offices and auxiliary rooms.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed a football ground, a swimming pool, a conference hall, and gyms in the complex.

The Head of State met local residents.

The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Museum.

The President was informed that construction of the Museum started early this year.

Exhibits featuring the history and culture of Khachmaz are demonstrated in the Museum.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today opened Youth Center in Siyazan.
The President was told that construction of the Center was financed by the State Oil Fund.

Construction of the facility started in April 2012. The three-storey Center occupies a total area of 1,634 square meters. There is the Statehood Museum in the Center. It also features a pub, a poolroom, a table games room, an internet room and an internet café.

President Ilham Aliyev toured the Center.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today opened the Heydar Aliyev Center in Siyazan.
The Head of State was informed that construction of the three-storey Center began this January. The total area of the Center is 1,200 square meters. The Center features photos, books and other documents about national leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as his diplomas.

There are also photos reflecting President Ilham Aliyev`s visits to Siyazan. There is a museum, a conference hall, an exhibition room, design and drawing studios, an internet club, and a library here. The Center will also offer carpet-weaving and language courses.

President Ilham Aliyev toured the facility, and then met representatives of the local general public.

The President was told that construction of the building started in January this year. The two-storey building covers a total area of 753 square meters.

YAP`s Siyazan branch was founded in 1995, and now has more than 3,240 members.
The Head of State praised the conditions created in the building.

Chairman of the Melioration and Water Industry company Ahmad Ahmadzade informed the Head of State of the second National Water Supply and Sewerage Services project, which is co-financed by the government of Azerbaijan and the World Bank.

The new system will ensure the round-the-clock supply of drinking water to the city of Siyazan.
