Azerbaijani parliamentarian elected OSCE PA member

Azerbaijani MP Azay Guliyev has been elected a member of OSCE PA Bureau and deputy chairman of the organization`s Committee on Political Affairs and Security.

The opponent of the Azerbaijani MP in the election was member of the United Russian Party, head of the Russian delegation to OSCE PA Vladimir Kulakov.

Azerbaijan earned the right to be represented in OSCE PA for the first time since it has become a member of the organization.
