Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation to join PACE summer session

A group of parliamentarians led by head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, chairman of International and Inter-parliamentary Relations Committee of Azerbaijani Parliament Samad Seyidov will attend the PACE summer session in Strasbourg on June 24-25.

The delegation includes MPs Elkhan Suleymanov, Sevinj Fataliyeva, Ganira Pashayeva, Rafael Huseynov, Sabir Hajiyev, Rovshan Rzayev, Sahiba Gafarova, Fazil Mustafa and Aydin Abbasov.

The summer session will focus on progress report of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee, results of parliamentary elections in Bulgaria, the situation in the Middle East, proposal on the opening of a monitoring procedure in respect of Hungary, fight against corruption, the right to equal health care, post-monitoring dialogue with Macedonia, differentiation of political and criminal responsibility and other issues.
