Azerbaijan's EU presiding will be historical event for Azerbaijan and Europe - PACE President

“Azerbaijan will soon preside over the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers, and it will be an event of historical significance not only for Azerbaijan, but also for Europe,” PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon told journalists.

“And my job is to assist Azerbaijan in ensuring responsible fulfillment of its mission,” he added.
