
The US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Diplomacy at the Department of State in the Bureau of Energy Resources, Amos J. Hochstein will visit Azerbaijan, spokesman of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan, Jonas Stewart told Trend news agency on May 21.
The aim of Hochstein's visit is to attend the annual Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference.
The event will be held from June 4 to 7 at the Baku Expo Center, ITE Group PLC said.
Over the 20 years since its launch as the first specialised exhibition of its kind in Azerbaijan, Caspian Oil & Gas has become a key industry forum. It brings together professionals and leaders of the sector from around the world to present advanced technologies for extracting and processing oil and gas, transport and logistics, and services.
