
A question over settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was discussed at the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu and Russia Sergei Lavrov, held on Wednesday in Istanbul`s Chiragan palace.
At the press conference following the meeting, the Turkish minister said “we discussed the question over the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the political situation in the South Caucasus, particularly in Georgia”.
The Foreign Minister said during the meeting the sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues, especially a situation in Syria and processes in the Middle East. “We stressed a necessity of peaceful solution to all conflicts”.
“We will further continue cooperation with Russia in order to ensure peace and stability in the region”, the Turkish FM underlined.
