Azerbaijan active member of int'l anti-terrorism coalition - Minister

The activity of funds involved in financing terrorism was revealed and suspended in Azerbaijan. The appropriate measures are being taken to neutralise these sources, Azerbaijani National Security Minister Eldar Mahmudov said at an international conference on 'Strengthening cooperation in preventing terrorism', today.

The minister said that international cooperation in combating terrorism has a special place in Azerbaijani state policy.

Azerbaijan has been combating terrorism as an active member of the international anti-terrorism coalition for the past 12 years, the minister said.
