German Embassy announces holiday days

 The Visa and Consular Section of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to Azerbaijan will not work from December 24, 2012 to January 4, 2013.

According to the embassy, applicants who wish to travel to Germany must make an online appointment timely on the www.baku.diplo.de webpage at least 3 (in winter) and 6 weeks (in summer) before the planned visit. Schengen visas are generally issued within a working-day after the scheduled time.

All information on application for a visa can be found at www.baku.diplo.de in the Azerbaijani and Russian languages.
