Afghanistan seeks to attract Azerbaijani investors

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Afghan Communication and IT Minister Amirzai Sangin, the foreign ministry said today.

Afghan Minister thanked for Azerbaijan's help and support and spoke about the development processes taking place in his country.

While speaking about the development of the ICT sector, Amirzai Sangin informed that Afghanistan is interested in strengthening the cooperation with Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani businessmen's investments in Afghanistan.

Elmar Mammadyarov expressed satisfaction with the level of bilateral relations between the two countries and stressed that Azerbaijan is always ready to render assistance to Afghanistan.

Mammadyarov also informed Afghan Minister about the projects implemented in the region at Azerbaijan's initiative.
