Azerbaijan, South Sudan boost ties

 Azerbaijan and South Sudan have signed an official document that will see the two countries establish bilateral diplomatic relations.

The document was signed by Ambassador Agshin Mehdiyev, Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the UN, and Ambassador Francis Deng, Permanent Representative of South Sudan to the UN, in New-York.
