Azerbaijani FM to join 67th session of UN General Assembly

A delegation headed by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will visit New York on Sept.24-28 to attend the 67th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to the Foreign Ministry's website, within the visit Mammadyarov is expected to attend an annual meeting of the Organization of Islamic Corporation, as well as the meeting of GUAM member countries' foreign ministers. Mammadyarov is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly on Sept.28.

The minister is also expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings.
