Ruling New Azerbaijan Party names number of new members

Some 20,559 members joined the ruling New Azerbaijan party during the first half-year, the party's website reported.

This figure is 15 percent higher than last year. Some 53.5 percent, or more than 11,000 new members, are young people.

As of July 1, the ruling party's number of members amounted to 575,591 people.
