Mexican top official arrives in Baku

President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Mexican Congress Oscar Arce has arrived in Azerbaijan. At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport Oscar Arce was welcomed by First Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov and other officials.
