Azerbaijan mulls ties with ECO

Foreign minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov yesterday received Mr. Yahya Maroofi, General Secretary of the Organization of Economic Cooperation (ECO), and his retinue. Elmar Mammadyarov expressed gratitude to Mr. Maroofi for contribution he makes to develop the relations between ECO and Azerbaijan.

Yahya Maroofi, in turn, highlighted his activity as ECO General Secretary, and highly estimated activity of Azerbaijan in the Organization of Economic Cooperation. The sides had also comprehensive discussions on prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and ECO.
