ADA opens 2012 Baku Summer Energy School

Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) started Baku Summer Energy School (BSES) financed by the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and ExxonMobil.

BSES is an annual certificate program of ADA and is realized in partnership with SOCAR.
The school brings together 42 participants from Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States countries.

World-famous scientists and experts will discuss global energy and environment issues at the two-week program. The summer school will feature discussion on principles of energy, energy law, economy of energy, revenue and resource management and environmental problems.
The tutor staff of the summer school is world-renowned academicians from Texas A&M, California, Haifa Universities, French Petroleum Institute, NATO.

The School will also feature delivering reports of representatives from SOCAR, ExxonMobil, BP, Total, Schlumberger, as well as Azerbaijan`s Parliament, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Minister of Energy and Industry, SOFAZ.

The participants will also visit historical oil and gas industry places of Azerbaijan.
