Azerbaijani top official holds meetings in Monaco

Vice-speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament, head of parliamentary delegation to OSCE Bahar Muradova has held a number of meetings on the sidelines of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly`s session on the topic “The OSCE: Region of Change” in Monaco.

Muradova met Vice-President of the OSCE PA, Head of the Italian Delegation Riccardo Migliori to exchange views on inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries, the joint activity within the OSCE PA, as well as the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

At a meeting with head of the Swiss delegation and Switzerland-Azerbaijan friendship group, Christine Egerszegi-Obrist, Muradova discussed inter-parliamentary relations, and stressed the importance of reciprocal visits of friendship groups. They also exchanged views on the organization of Christine Egerszegi-Obrist`s visit to Azerbaijan in October.

The Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijan`s Parliament also met member of the German delegation Viola von Cramon-Taubadel, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was in the focus.
Von Cramon-Taubadel expressed readiness to be involved in the mediation of the dispute.
