Azerbaijan`s President offers condolence to Russian counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

President Ilham Aliyev said in the letter that he was deeply shocked upon hearing the news of numerous casualties caused by floods in Krasnodar territory.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on his own behalf, the President offered heartfelt condolences to Russian counterpart, to the families and friends of the victims, and to the friendly people of Russia.
